One such alumnus is Infra Ranisetya, a graduate of the Communication Science Study Program, who currently serves as Assistant Vice President at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk and is also active as a Public Speaking Coach.

With over twelve years of experience in the banking sector, Infra believes that the success of financial inclusion is not solely determined by the quality of products and services, but also by the ability to build public trust. According to him, humanistic communication, active listening, and clear information delivery are key to ensuring that the public feels safe and confident in using banking services.
Driving Sustainable Economic Growth
In his role at Bank Mandiri, Infra views banking as a driver of the economic ecosystem through transaction management, expanding access to financial services, and supporting digital transformation for business owners. This role supports inclusive and sustainable economic growth as mandated by SDG 8.
SME Assistance and Financial Literacy
Infra believes that SMEs are the backbone of Indonesia’s economy. Therefore, banking institutions must not only provide financing but also offer training, education, and mentoring for SMEs to help them grow and adapt to the digital era. In addition, he actively organizes financial clinics for customers, students, and business owners as a form of improving public financial literacy.
Developing the Younger Generation through Public Speaking
Through the I Speak Project, Infra shares communication competencies with hundreds of young people. This program has helped participants build confidence and open career opportunities across various professional fields. This contribution supports SDG 4 through the enhancement of human resource quality.
